Allez South West France is an English speaking agency run by Anthony and Gillie Pearce working in contractual partnership with Agence Immobilier Quercy Gascogne in Montcuq (Lot), Agence Michel Tranier in Villefranche de Rouergue (Aveyron), Quercy Immobilier in Caussade (Tarn et Garonne) and L'Esprit du Sud in Rabastens (Tarn). We have many years of experience of selling properties in this region. Buying any property can be a stressful business at the best of times, let alone in a foreign country in a foreign language! Our service will help you to find your ideal property and then give you the peace of mind to enjoy it. We will help you deal  with the language and legal system ensuring that whatever needs to be done will be done at the correct time thereby minimising all the hassle.

We will:                 

• Help you to select from our wide portfolio of homes for sale in south west France that closely match your individual criteria. If we haven’t got it in our current portfolio we will try to find it for you
• Accompany you to all viewings
• Explain the buying process and keep you informed at every stage
• Help if a mortgage needs to be arranged
• Liaise with the Notaire and other relevant people as your English/French speaking point of contact
• Inform you of payment dates and details
• Help you open your French bank account
• Arrange the final signing date
• Act as power of attorney if needed (there will be legal costs involved) 
• Before completion, visit the property with you or on your behalf to check that everything is as they should be and to take the final meter readings
• Transfer the electricity, gas , water etc to your name and arrange the billing address
• Arrange building and contents insurance from the date of signing. (Legal requirement)
• Put you in touch with fully qualified legal advice, translation service
• Assist you in finding surveyors, architects, builders etc.
• Provide you with information about local schools
